Note the new portico being built in Fairfax.  The existing portico was water damaged and needed replacing.  The owner showed us a neighbor’s portico she admired and we duplicated it.

Electric heat being installed under ceramic tile floor.  In this picture, you can see the layout of the resistance wiring being installed.  A self-leveling material will be installed.  Once the self-leveling material is installed, ceramic tile will be installed. A control will be installed on the wall for the owner to set the proper temperature setting.

Owner in Fairfax had a room in the back of the house (with a flat roof ) and a screened-in porch beyond with a near flat roof attached.  We removed the roof off of the porch, then rebuilt a new roof from the house, over the room and the porch to create a sloped roof.  Then we re-screened the porch and added siding to the side walls.
